Russell Group of Universities has higher academic and English language requirements than the other universities. However, the University of Birmingham provides some relaxation to the students regarding admission requirements. It accepts students with 75% in their higher secondary or above for the bachelors in UK programs. Some courses have higher academic and English language requirements. For some programs, students must have 65% and above in English and Mathematics subjects in higher secondary. The University accepts the scores of IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CAEL, and Language-CERT.
